Red wine with Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin. It is produced with varieties: 40% Tempranillo, 30% Graciano, 30% French Grenache. Manual selection of grapes with gentle destemming with bazuqueos. Temperature 26 degrees 10 days of fermentation and 3 maceration. Devatting in barrel. French barrel. 13 months in barrel.

Tasting

Colour

Very deep permanent bluish violet, with a dark indigo blue background and dark grain carmine edges. Dense, very thick, fluid and pigmented tears.

Nose

Very intense and expressive where extractive overmaceration and very ripe fruit and cedar predominate on a mineral background, slightly minty, slightly alcoholic, wrapped in a background of pastries and stewed grapes.

Mouth

In the mouth all the nasal characters emerge but even more pronounced. It has an amalgamation of nuances. intense that may seem a little dissociated but, once we keep them in the mouth with a little oxygen, all the space takes over and those intense sensations gradually come together, integrating everything into an extraordinary liquid in which the flavor of Very ripe grapes and a pleasant toast from a very noble wood. Dark chocolate and spices such as cloves and bay leaf also emerge, resulting in a great combination.
