El Laberinto de Viña Ane

El Laberinto de Viña Ane 2018 is a red wine from the Rioja Qualified Denomination of Origin. It is produced 100% with Tempranillo grapes, which grow in «false vines» which do not produce bunches every year. Sometimes the grains of the bunches do not bind and fall to the ground. In the years in which the ligation is carried out, the bunches are of very high quality, presenting the following characteristics, they are small with medium grain and highly concentrated. The name of the vineyard is Valseca and the type of soil is clay-calcareous.

Tasting

Colour

Very intense opaque maroon color with a perylene violet background and indigo trims. Thick and dense, highly pigmented, slow-flowing tear.

Nose

Very intense with very present minerals and iodines, chocolate, black fruits and slate.

Mouth

In the mouth it is tamed power. Again the black fruits with a slight hint of good French oak, with cedar and palo amargo liquorice. The gums are impregnated with a polished, pleasant and intense tannin. It is very enveloping and warm, alcoholic and fruity. A great wine with a lot of character and personality. Violets and very ripe grapes. The blackberry appears and, again minerality with a very long memory. Again a very original wine, the product of a chance of the land and the knowledge of the winemaker.
